Grumbles talk is entitled “Our Biggest Threats and Brightest Solutions.” During the lecture, he will describe the Clean Water America Alliance's work and how they are responding to some of our biggest threats, including the fact that water is undervalued, water policy is fragmented, gray infrastructure and old ideas dominate, and responses to climate change, growth, and nutrient pollution are falling short. Grumbles will also highlight clean water successes from communities across the U.S.
Grumbles served as Assistant Administrator for Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under President George Bush.
