This workshop is organized by the Climate Economics Chair (CEC), a center of applied research in the field of climate change economics,
created by the CDC Climat and Paris-Dauphine University under the
auspices of the Europlace Institute of Finance (EIF) foundation.
It constitutes part of the activities of the “Carbon prices and
markets” research initiative of the CEC; and initiative which enjoys
partnership with the following private enterprises: Amundi, BlueNext,
EDF, HSBC and Orbeo .
The workshop seeks to investigate the issues surrounding the coupling

required emissions reductions targets, safeguarding cost-efficiency yet
