David Welch, a scientist with the St. Johns Water Management District in Florida will speak on “Ambient Monitoring Programs: Past, Present and Future." David's presentation is the latest UNC-Duke-WRRI Water Allocation Research Seminar, and will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 29 at the Bond Park Community Center, located at 150 Metro Park Drive in Cary.
