Office Hours with Brian Murray
Representatives from many of the world's countries are gathering for the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Durban, South Africa, Nov. 28-Dec. 9. to review progress on the Kyoto Protocol and possibly negotiate other agreements about greenhouse gas emissions.

Duke's Brian Murray, director for economic analysis at the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, will attend the conference, but before he goes he will participate in an online "Office Hours" interview to answer questions about the state of climate change policies.
