A researcher at Duke's Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions is among those selected for a new working group tasked with exploring the impacts of climate change on agriculture and forestry.

Christopher Galik, research coordinator, was selected for the 25x’25 National Steering Committee’s Adaptation Working Group along with 25 other leaders in business, agriculture, conservation, forestry and academia.

Over the course of the next two years, the group will compile information and recommendations for a report identifying key challenges posed by climate change on these sectors and offer suggestions on how government agencies, universities, farmers and forest land managers can address them in coming years.
