Craig Raborn
Transportation Policy Analyst
Craig is currently working to explain how transportation policies can be used to achieve both climate and transportation policy goals. He has led the development of a new national transportation system model that simulates the effects of a wide range of transportation polices on climate outcomes such as emissions and costs of reducing emissions, and traditional transportation policy measures such as travel levels, mode splits, congestion, and consumer costs. He is working with various transportation stakeholders to explore potential, trade-offs, and pathways for transportation policy that meet both targeted and broad sectoral objectives.
