Etan Gumerman, a senior policy associate at Duke University Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, will speak at the 2017 ACEEE National Conference on Energy Efficiency as a Resource at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31 in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Gumerman will serve as a panelist on the Energy Efficiency as a Resource session.
