Nicholas School faculty member Patrick Halpin is taking part in “Marine Fisheries Management: What We Need to Know,” a roundtable discussion sponsored by The Heinz Center, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sept. 25, 2006, Room 2318 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington D.C.  Halpin is joining with congressional and agency staff, fisheries and coastal managers and representatives from marine conservation, fishing and other organizations to identify how data can be collected and delivered to improve fisheries management decisions.
