The Nicholas Institute is pleased to announce Casey Gilley as the third speaker in our Power Lunch series this semester.

Current Duke students are invited to join our third Power Lunch of the spring 2026 emester, featuring Casey Gilley, president and co-founder of CSS Repower, will discuss his work. Q&A to follow; lunch will be provided.

Casey Gilley provides financial, asset management, and capital markets expertise to the company. His career started as an audit and tax CPA at RSM McGladrey. He is CFO of Carolina Solar Services and is also the founder of Solar CFO which helps commercial real estate owners deploy solar across their portfolios. He has held numerous CFO roles in the commercial real estate development field, managed several equity funds, and has been part of $1.4 billion of debt and equity project financings. Mr. Gilley earned his business administration degree from Cal State Fullerton and is a CPA (inactive).
