Alyanna Wilson is a research analyst with the Ecosystem Services Program at the Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment and Sustainability. Prior to joining the Institute, Wilson worked as an ambassador through the Environmental Protection Agency's Urban Waters Federal Partnership Program, connecting federal and local partners for watershed restoration and management projects. She additionally brings experience with community-centered participatory research with communities in the Southeastern US. Wilson earned a bachelor's in natural resources from North Carolina State University.
