Emily Guyu Yang is a policy analyst at the Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability. Her recent and ongoing projects focus on evaluating and developing metrics for restoration project outcomes, policy and finance for nature-based solutions, and spatial mapping of ecosystem services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from William and Mary and master’s degree in environmental management with a geospatial analysis certificate from Duke University.
