Hannah Polikov

Hannah Polikov is a senior managing director at Advanced Energy United (United), a national association representing businesses that provide advanced energy and transportation solutions. United advances public policies that enable competition and works alongside member companies to create economic opportunity, lower consumer costs, and bolster energy reliability and resilience across the country. Polikov leads the organization’s decision-maker education and engagement efforts.

Polikov has more than two decades of experience in state energy policy and regulation. Prior to joining United, Polikov held senior energy policy roles with the State of Maryland and a member of the U.S. Congress. A lawyer by training, she also previously practiced corporate and energy law at Smith Anderson Law Firm in Raleigh, NC.

Polikov received her B.A. summa cum laude from Duke University and her J.D. magna cum laude from Duke Law School. She also holds a certificate in energy and environment from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
