Yuwen Guo

Yuwen Guo is an associate in research at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. Her research focuses on the forecasting, planning, financing, and policy considerations surrounding servicing technology-based load growth with clean energy. She also works on active engagement with public and private sector stakeholders in connection with this research.

Guo has prior research experience in global and regional energy policy, including work with the World Bank Group’s Global Indicators Group. She earned a master’s degree in public policy from the Duke Sanford School of Public Policy.
