The seventh annual student-led Duke University Energy Conference brings together thought leaders in industry, government and academia to fuel independent analysis on energy markets, trends, policies and technologies. Keynote speakers include:

  • Former U.S. Ambassador Bill Richardson
  • Ram R. Krishnan, VP, Emerson
  • Kristina Johnson, CEO, Enduring Hydro

This year's conference, "Investing in Our Energy Future," will present balanced discussions with powerful speakers, covering crucial topics. As we dive into the theme, speakers will address these questions:

  • What will be the model for utilities of the future?
  • How do energy and environmental policies impact business strategies?
  • How do you get technology out of the laboratory?
  • What are the impacts and expectations of the recent drop in oil prices?

Registration is free for Duke students, faculty and staff, and $25 for professionals. Register here.

The Duke University Energy Conference is preceded by the Energy in Emerging Markets Competition on Nov. 10.
