Floating barrier that traps debris brought by the riverbed preventing it from reaching the coast and mangroves, as well as facilitating its collection.

Non-peer-reviewed Effectiveness

From April 2019-December 2019, 10,000 garbage bags (~70 tons) were collected. From April-July 2020, 100 tons were collected (B.O.B Litter Trap, n.d.).
