The Southeast United States is a leader in electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing investment and job creation. However, regional coordination is needed across the public and private sectors to advance complex infrastructure deployment and adoption of new vehicle technologies.
The Southeast Electric Transportation Regional Initiative (SETRI) is a multisector network of businesses, manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, research institutions, and more that seeks to convene, collaborate, and inform on transportation electrification across the Southeast. The Nicholas Institute and the Georgia Tech Strategic Energy Institute facilitate SETRI in collaboration with additional partner organizations.
